Step 11: Creating Pay Points  

This is an optional step at this stage of the company creation process. You can choose to complete this step at a later stage by opening the Departments node.

In this step of the Company Creation Wizard you create any Pay Points for this company.

Pay points provide a method of grouping employees into physical locations. Pay advices are always printed in alphabetical order of pay point for ease of distribution. Reports are available which group employees in pay point order, and each of these reports can have some or all pay points included.

Creating a New Pay Point:

  1. Click on the Add New button.
  2. Enter a description for the pay point such as Head office or a branch name.
  3. Click OK.
