OHS - Locations
This screen stores the current and historical locations against the employee record. Open the Employee File

| OHS Locations | This displays the Location the employee has been assigned to within hr, including current and historical locations. | |
Colour-coding in the Status column gives a quick visual indication of the status of their OHS Location. Green indicates their current location. Yellow indicates current, but shared locations. Red indicates an historical location.
